Refund & Exchange Policy

Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

 

Occasional Wear/Ramadan Collection – Refunds & Exchanges

  • Refunds and exchanges for Occasional Wear/Ramadan collection items are accepted within 24 hours of purchase only.
  • Requests made after the 24-hour window will not be accepted.

 

Non-Occasional Wear

  • Refunds and exchanges for non-occasional wear items are accepted within 14 days of purchase.

 

Conditions for Refunds & Exchanges

To be eligible for a refund or exchange:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.
  • All tags must remain attached and intact.
  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, alteration, or missing packaging/tags will not be accepted.

Custom & Made-to-Order Items

  • Custom-made or made-to-order items are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

 

Non-Eligible Items

  • Items returned outside the stated timeframes.
  • Items with removed tags or altered packaging.
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after purchase.
  • Custom or made-to-order items.

 

Important Notes

  • All refunds and exchanges are subject to inspection upon return.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment.
  • Exchanges are subject to item availability.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not meet the above conditions

 


سياسة الاستبدال والاسترجاع

يرجى الاطلاع على سياسة الاستبدال والاسترجاع قبل إتمام عملية الشراء.

 

القطع المخصصة للمناسبات / مجموعة رمضان

  • يُسمح بالاستبدال أو الاسترجاع لقطع المناسبات ومجموعة رمضان خلال 24 ساعة فقط من تاريخ الشراء.
  • لن يتم قبول أي طلب بعد انتهاء هذه المدة.

القطع غير المخصصة للمناسبات

  • يُسمح بالاستبدال أو الاسترجاع لقطع غير المناسبات خلال مدة 14 يوماً من تاريخ الشراء.


شروط الاستبدال والاسترجاع

يشترط لقبول طلب الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع ما يلي:

  • أن تكون القطعة غير مستخدمة وغير مرتدية وبحالتهـا الأصلية.
  • إرجاع القطعة بالتغليف الأصلي.
  • وجود جميع البطاقات (Tags) وعدم إزالتها.
  • لن يتم قبول أي قطعة تظهر عليها علامات استخدام، تلف، تعديل، أو بدون التغليف أو البطاقات الأصلية.

 

القطع المصممة حسب الطلب

  • القطع المصممة أو المنفذة حسب الطلب غير قابلة للاستبدال أو الاسترجاع نهائياً.


الحالات غير المؤهلة

  • الطلبات المقدمة بعد انتهاء المدد المحددة.
  • القطع التي أزيلت بطاقاتها أو تغير تغليفها.
  • القطع المستخدمة أو المتضررة بعد الشراء.
  • القطع المصممة أو المنفذة حسب الطلب.


ملاحظات هامة

  • تخضع جميع طلبات الاستبدال والاسترجاع للفحص قبل الموافقة.
  • في حال الموافقة على الاسترجاع، يتم رد المبلغ إلى وسيلة الدفع الأصلية.
  • يخضع الاستبدال لتوفر القطعة.
  • تحتفظ الإدارة بالحق في رفض أي طلب لا يستوفي الشروط المذكورة أعلاه.
